As we continue our Meet the Team series, we recognize Sandra Rodriguez aka Sandy.
Sandy has been with Pristine Property Management for 5 years. She is essential to keeping the properties clean and sanitary. Sandy performs deep cleaning of units before Tenants move in, ensuring they are in pristine condition. In addition to this, Sandy cleans many of our apartment building common areas on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Sandy completes a property inspection form when she visits our buildings to inform us if she spots any safety hazards. She is a crucial additional set of eyes on our properties, in addition to our maintenance team.
