David Ortiz (Maintenance Coordinator) has been with Pristine Property Management since August 2019. He is our point person…our ‘Solutions Guy!’ David coordinates and manages contractors to accomplish maintenance tasks, oversees quality and compliance checks, work order requests and tenant communications. He is focused, professional and dedicated to providing that exceptional customer service experience, while getting the job done right the first time! David is truly an asset!
